FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If you don’t see any tracking updates, or if the estimated delivery date has already passed, please contact us with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Date of purchase and the promised delivery date

  3. The shipping address you provided

We’ll investigate with the carrier and get back to you. If the package appears lost, we’ll be happy to offer you either a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on your preference.

It’s content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn’t have helped, won’t help now. It’s like saying you’re a bad designer, use less bold text, don’t use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that’s not all that it takes to get things back on track.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery on public holidays may vary depending on the courier service.
In most cases, shipping carriers do not operate on official public holidays, which may cause a slight delay in delivery times. Orders placed during or right before a public holiday will usually be processed on the next working day.

If you need your order urgently or during a holiday period, we recommend placing it in advance to avoid delays.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes — we deliver to most postcodes nationwide.
To check if we can deliver to your specific area, simply enter your postcode during checkout. Our system will automatically confirm whether delivery is available.

If you prefer, you can also send us your postcode directly, and we’ll verify it for you right away.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

If that’s what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is not required. If nobody is home, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location or with a neighbour, depending on the delivery service. However, certain orders — especially high-value items — may require a signature to ensure secure delivery.

If you won’t be available at the expected time of delivery, you can often reschedule, request a safe-drop, or redirect the parcel using the tracking link provided.
